A brochure with the new Porsche 918 Spyder hybrid supercar has appeared on the Internet and details the options that will be available to customers who are willing to pull out of their pocket at least 645,000 euros for a 918 Spyder with standard equipment.
Information about the performance was also published in the brochure. The 918 Spyder has a hybrid drive that combines a 4.6-liter V8 petrol engine that develops 580 horsepower with two electric motors on the front axle that produce 215 horsepower. Thus, the maximum power of the system reaches 795 horsepower. But that's not all, because the numbers about the pair are even more impressive.
Since electric motors give everything possible from zero rpm and the heat engine has a maximum torque of 499 Nm, the maximum combined torque is 849 Nm at 2000 rpm! All this power reaches the wheels via a seven-ratio gearbox and two PDK clutches.
The maximum speed claimed by Porsche is 325 km / h, and acceleration from zero to 100 km h is achieved in less than three seconds. Keep in mind the number 3, because in mixed mode, the new Porsche 918 Spyder has a fuel consumption of 3 l / 100 km.
